The Back-Right Leg

After making the back-left leg, let's now assemble the back-right leg !

This is the same process as for the back-left leg, but with their mirrored versions :)


Section overview

Here's a quick overview of the sections in this chapter:

  • Bottom Assembly
    We'll first start by assembling the bottom part of the leg, which includes the foot and half of the knee joint.
  • Top Assembly
    We'll then assemble the top part of the leg, which houses the knee servomotor and guides of the wires.
  • Leg Assembly
    We'll then put the two parts together to get a complete leg, and make sure everything is properly aligned and secured.
  • Shoulder Installation
    We'll add the shoulder part to the torso, and attach the leg to it to complete the leg assembly.
  • Adding the Plastic Covers
    Finally, we'll add a couple of plastic covers to make the leg look nice and hide the wires and other components.
  • Wiring the Leg
    Finally, we'll connect the leg to the rest of the robot and ensure everything is properly wired.
